The heating system is usually used for raising equipment and broiler equipment to heat up the chicks of small days, and is composed of boiler or  heat exchanger, PE heat conduction pipe, temperature monitoring probe, etc. It combines the advantages of fast wind heating and long water heating to provide suitable temperature conditions for the chicken house with low operating costs.

The egg collecting system is composed of egg collecting machine, central egg collecting chain and egg conveying belt.Through the egg collecting system,the eggs are transported from all parts of the chicken house to the egg collecting area at the front of the chicken house ,And then sent to the egg depot for centralized processing by the central egg transmission line. In addition, each  part of the egg collecting machine is equipped with a cleaning brush and soft egg separation device for preliminary cleaning and screening of eggs. 

The manure-removing system is composed of the manure-removing host, the cleaning belt, the cleaning motor, the scraper, the outdoor conveying device and other parts. The chicken house is automatically cleaned at a regular time every day. The manure-removing belt is used for anti-freezing aquaculture; The manure-removing roller shaft is covered with natural rubber, with good elasticity, moderate friction coefficient and long service life; 

The ventilation system is composed of ventilation window, deflector, fan, wet  curtain and other parts. The axial flow negative pressure fan completes the construction of negative pressure environment inside the chicken house, promotes air convection, and simultaneously discharges the internal ammonia and carbon dioxide in time to avoid the generation of odor inside the house and reduce the generation of respiratory diseases. The deflector adopts rack design, group control, mechanical tightening and excellent sealing. 

The feeding system includes silo, material box, plug tray feed line, trough etc.The feed box adopts the integrated design, the whole seamless, reduce the production of dust and moisture entry. Each floor is equipped with an observation window, which can grasp the remaining feed at any time and facilitate daily management and adjustment. The feeding car is equipped with a special brush, which can clean up the feeding trough in the feeding process and reduce the workload of workers. 

The cage frame system has been treated with anti-corrosion technology as a whole, and the area of the bird position is scientific and reasonable to meet the growth needs of the chicken. The frame legs and connectors are made of exquisite materials, and the high zinc plate is thicker and more stable. The electrical control system is the "meridian" of the automatic chicken house.All electrical components and electrical equipment inside the chicken house are integrated into the electric control box. The electronic control components are selected from well-known brands such as Schneider and Chint, with good  quality and high stability. The system adopts dual-mode design, and is in automatic mode everyday. It controls all systems of the chicken house in the   same way.

The spray disinfection system is mainly used for disinfection of farm entrance vehicles and personnel,disinfection of the chicken house entrance staff, and spray disinfection inside the chicken house. In the consideration of biological safety and epidemic prevention,  intensive large -scale farms usually set up disinfection equipment for unified disinfection.The internal spray disinfection system of the chicken house adopts an import host, and the nano-level disinfection sprinkler can complete the internal disinfection of the chicken house in a very short time. 

Special variable light LED bulbs for breeding, drop type distribution, to meet the daily lighting needs of H type layer chicken house. Warm light design imitates natural light to avoid the occurrence of chicken stress caused by strong light stimulation. And the light time, duration and intensity can be set freely according to the actual needs, so that the layer hens can live more comfortably and the egg production rate is higher.

As the "brain" of the chicken house, the environmental control system monitors and controls the environment of the chicken house as a whole. All the above system ports can be connected to the host of the environmental control system, and more than 50 items of data, such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, light, age, feed intake, can be displayed on the display screen. The system adopts two modes, three-level management authority, triple alarm prompt, and can automatically switch to the emergency system to ensure property safety.
